Qualifications or Experience Needed to Work for Boldly?

Lets be clear from the get go… these are not entry level positions. Boldly is looking for skilled and talented staff. Staff with experience. They are asking for at least 7-years of experience within your professional industry or field of specialty. The more availability you are open to, will work in your favor.

They want their staff to be professional at all times. Being reliable and using discretion are extremely important as well. Having a high level of understanding for cloud based technologies will come in handy.

Of course, it goes without saying, but you will need a fast and reliable internet connection. Having a home office is the perfect situation, where you can close the door. Though this is remote work, great care needs to be taken to be absolutely professional.

What to Expect Working at Boldly

The average time the Boldly team supports a client is around 2.5 years. So, these can turn into a very reliable income for many. You'll be carefully matched with a client to ensure your success and the clients success.

You'll go through an initial onboarding process. As well, you will speak with each client you've been matched with to make sure it's a good match. You won't ever just be thrown to a client you know nothing about.

In your day to day work, you'll be working virtually supporting 2-3 of Boldly's clients. You will be very busy with little to no down time. Boldly will always have your back with a team of support behind you.

Does Boldly Offer Paid Training?

As a Boldly executive assistant, you'll be expected to have experience and skills already in place for the clients you've been matched with. But, Boldly does offer additional training in how to best work remotely for your success. They especially focus on helping you with practices and tips to achieve working for several clients, as this is much different for most who have normally worked for just one employer.

How Much Does Boldly Pay?

The good news, Boldly's staff are W-2 employees, not contractors. They also pay competitively starting at $20.00 and hour. Positions always start our part-time, but can go full-time down the road. If you're asking, does Boldly offer benefits, the answer is yes. Even for part-timers.

Working part-time, staffers will receive paid time off and paid holidays. Full time staff will be offered medical benefits and life insurance.
