Gather information on the latest home based business opportunities. Advertisers
showcase the businesses they are finding success with and want to share with
you.
Finding the right opportunity for you is key. Be sure to ask questions and get
all the facts you need to make an informed decision that you are comfortable
with.
Sometimes there is a fee involved. Though I don't advocate "paying to work" -
there are times when a fee is necessary. It it's a home business - then start up
materials can cost you. Any type of business is going to have start up costs!
Even a kids lemonade stand has start up costs. I paid $10 to start my
Avon business years ago - is Avon a
scam? Absolutely not. I make a good living
selling Avon.
Now - if it's an actual employment ad - say you're being hired by a company to
write blog posts, or you're being paid to be a
freelance proofreader,
online tutor.....then you shouldn't have to pay a fee.
Actual employment or 1099 contract
positions shouldn't require a fee.
But do remember - any time you earn, whether it's an
online survey company or an actual job - if you earn over $600 in
a one year period - it must be reported for tax purposes.
I'm glad you've come to MoneyMakingMommy to help you look for a way to earn cash
from home. I know times are hard and that sometimes it can seem like there is no
hope and you're ready to give up.
Keep looking. Be vigilant. Be strong. Most of all - be wise about what you're
looking for - and realistic. Jobs that say they'll pay you GOBS of money to do
basically nothing....Ummm.....come on, you're smarter than that. When I do "paid
to read" programs - I don't expect to make $40,000 a year! I know
It's more realistically going to be $100 or less per month. But that $100 - in
MY life....make a big difference. And if I can make it just by reading a few
emails each day - well - more power to me.
But don't get caught up in hype. Think to yourself.....can I really make $5000 a
week doing this program? Maybe it IS possible. But how much did the person
hawking the program have to spend to join the company? How much did they spend
on advertising? How much time have they spent talking on the phone trying to
recruit others?? What IS the product they are selling? What is the refund
policy? What are the monthly minimums or costs?
No one is going to look out more for YOU.....than YOU. Don't let yourself down.
Good luck. Best Wishes. Happy Work at Home.
