Smaller companies and minimum wage jobs may have a harder time justifying the expense of using ZipRecruiter to find employees, as there are other less-expensive ways of posting available positions within their companies. As such, there may not be as many of these kinds of opportunities available on the site.
However, building your job seeker profile and learning how the application and interview processes work can build great experience for those who have never been through it. It takes practice to build up confidence in answering tough interview questions.
Even if you don’t find first-time employment through ZipRecruiter, it can still provide a worthwhile experience that will likely help you land a job elsewhere. My conclusion for this ZipRecruiter review is that because it’s free, and because I use it myself – I think it’s worth it.
