Transcript Divas is Hiring Transcribers

“Transcript Divas offers qualified transcribers an opportunity to pick up projects that are 100% work at home.”

A Review of Transcript Divas

One of the great things about Transcript Divas is that the company is currently hiring. The sooner you fill out the application, the sooner you can start working for them and increase your weekly earnings. Nearly all of the clients that Transcript Divas work with are general transcription.

What They’re Looking For

When Transcript Divas reviews your application they’re going to be looking for a few different things. They’re only interested in hiring people who are going to be able to work fairly quickly, the company takes pride in having a fast turn around time, but they also want the transcriptions to be perfectly composed. While they’re willing to work with you and help you improve your transcription skills, if you don’t have nearly perfect typing skills, you won’t be a good fit for the company. Having experience with medical terminology will be a huge asset when you do work for Transcript Divas. (See my post, Online Transcription Jobs That You Can Do From Home for even more cool work-at-home jobs for transcribers.)

Great Things About the Company

One of the best things about relying on Transcript Diva’s for at least part of your work at home income is that you can rest assured that you would have plenty of steady work. Once they have accepted your application you don’t have to worry about whether or not you’ll be able to earn an income. They’re also great about depositing the funds into your account on time.

Transcript Divas does a great job of realizing how vital freelance contractors are to their bottom line and is very good about treating them fairly. In addition to providing regular work, the company has always been devoted to paying a fair price. Right now you can expect to make approximately $11.67 to $18.58 an hour depending on how fast you are able to work. Remember, the company expects perfect transcriptions so don’t get so wrapped up in the idea of working quickly that you fail to proofread your work prior to submitting it.

I have no reservations about recommending Transcript Diva. To start the application process, go here.

  1. @I think it’s good to let everyone speak their mind. I assume most people that are having a good experience aren’t commenting. That seems to be the way it goes a lot of the times. Negative experiences always seem to be the more vocal. But I think it’s a personal thing — you just need to decide if you want to invest the time. If you do move forward – let us know how it works out!

  2. I am about to apply to be hired by Transcript Divas (I am not a DIVA!!, but I guess that is no impediment). But why are there so many negative comments? Should I pause and reflect?

I am working for TranscriptDivas for almost 2 years now. I am not a medical transcriptionist and I barely get any medical audios from them. The pay depends on your typing speed as they pay per recorded minute and also on turnaround time. So far, I have been paid on time.

Don’t even bother with them. So many people have left because they are getting stiffed. Turn around and run. Don’t even touch them with a 10ft barge pole, seriously!!

  6. I currently work for Transcript Divas and have been pretty disappointed. They recently lowered the pay rates and the consistency of work is all over the place. I’m seeking employment elsewhere.

I am pretty sure there are some companies out there that take beginner transcriptionists. It’s just a matter of passing their tests if they have them. I’ve seen many that do require some kind of pre-qualification testing.

  8. I have extensive experience in using a transcriber for transcribing dictated materials. I want to start my home based business and woul like to get into the transcription field. Is there any company that works with beginners?

  9. I work for Transcript Divas and none of the work is medical. Not sure where you got that information. It’s all general transcription. :)

There is so much opportunity out there to work at home now. I am seeing a lot of customer service, writing and social media jobs.

I use to work as a dental assistant but haven’t worked for years. I decided to stay home and take care of my kids. Now I’m ready to get back out in the work field .
