Work at Home as an Editor or Proofreader

Currently, this company is hiring editors to review and format manuscripts. In order to qualify for this job, you’ll need to have a working knowledge of the biomedical sciences and be willing to meet deadlines. Cactus Communications requires that editors be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have excellent English grammar skills. You will also need to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a science field to apply.

Tasks will vary depending on the project that you are hired to work on. In many cases, editors format manuscripts to be submitted to medical or science journals. Specifically, you’ll be working with information related to physical sciences, engineering, chemistry, healthcare, and medicine.
