Zapiddy Can Mean a Little Extra Cash for Easy Work
I adore my iphone. Maybe you love yours too. What handy little beasts they are. I love it even more when I can use mine to earn cash. Micro job apps seem to be cropping up more and more these days. I like using these apps because many months they can add $20+ to my bottom line. And hey – why wouldn't I use an app that pays you?
Zapiddy is Easy to Use
For now Zapiddy is for iphones only (and ipads). You can grab the app at iTunes App Store – it is free. Once you've got it downloaded and you've registered, you'll be asked a few more questions to help connect you to jobs that will interest you and fit the demographic they are looking for.
Once you're all logged in, you simply tap the far left icon on the bottom that's marked “Find Jobs”. It will use your zip code to find jobs near you. Jobs will pay between $2 and $10. Yes… you could actually make $10 for running over to Walmart and snapping a quick pic of a product display! The cap on earnings right now is $570 per year – but, hey… that's almost a week at the beach for us! As well – an added perk – you can choose a charity in your state and Zapiddy will donate to that charity for every job that you do.
No Referral Program
There isn't a referral program right for Zapiddy. That always bums me out, because it's nice to make a few cents by telling others about a program or app. Maybe in the future they will add one.
Many have tried to reserve certain jobs, only to have them disappear. If you driven several miles, this can be upsetting. The best advice is to just check the app several times a day (or in the evening if you're a night owl), to see what jobs are new. Try and complete the job(s) as soon as possible. Oh.. and don't be alarmed – there could be someone else doing the same job as you. This happens.
Snagging Your Cash for the Jobs You've Completed
Once you've completed a job, it will take around 5 days for Zapiddy to verify it. I have heard that some folks have had to wait up to 10 days. But once it is confirmed, the money will be deposited right into your PayPal account. Sweet!
Small, rural areas – probably not gonna see a lot of action from this app. (Probably the case for most apps like these, sadly.) Those that live in big cities will probably see more available jobs than anyone else. You can always try changing your zip to a bigger metro area near you or expand the miles you're willing to travel. But you need to be willing to travel in both those instances of course. I live next to a city with a population of about 84,000 and there are usually a decent number of jobs.
I've always been paid for every job I've done and fairly quickly. Some report being paid within hours of completing their job. The one time I did have to contact support, they answered right away and were super helpful.
It's free, easy to use and could mean extra cash for you. I say go for it! Zapiddy
