Freelance Opportunities Provided by Meet Edgar

Meet Edgar is a relatively new business, but it might just be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Its purpose is to help anyone interested in marketing to spend less time on social media sites trying to promote themselves. Even though Edgar was created in 2014, it’s enjoyed almost instant popularity and continues to attract new customers. According the Edgar’s website, 50 new users join the program each year.

What Edgar Does

The company is based out of Los Angeles. It provides businesses with a social media scheduling tool that handles an assortment of network marketing tasks. Edgar does everything from updating, to filing, to publishing the updates. With Edgar’s help, it’s easy for a business to make sure they send out flawless marketing material at the perfect time of day for maximum results.

Edgar Work from Home Jobs

Since its creation, Edgar has had several freelance opportunities come up that would be perfect for anyone who works from home. Some of the freelancing positions included:
Content writer
Part time customer service professional
Web designer/developer
Facebook specialist
WordPress marketing tech

I don’t have any information about the type of pay that Edgar offers freelancers, I’m guessing it depends on what type of position you’re filling. Although I haven’t been able to find much information about the qualifications for doing freelance work for the company, I’m guessing that a background in marketing would be an asset.

Based on the little I have been able to learn about the company, it seems like a fun group to be associated with and it looks like the freelance contractors they have hired in the past have opted to remain with the company so that’s always a good sign.

At this moment, Edgar doesn’t have any information about how to apply for a freelance opportunity, however, they do have a careers page here. You can see a list of current openings there. As well, they have a form that lets you submit info about yourself and skills. I have seen their social media position posted several times over the last year — so keep an eye out for that one. I know there are many readers that love the idea of working professionally in a social media capacity. You can always check Indeed.com for social media openings too.

Has anyone done any work for Meet Edgar? If so, I’d love to hear about your experiences with the company.
