Remote Personal Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operation within the organization.


– Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
– Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, reports, and correspondence.
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
– Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


– Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
– Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence.
– Experience in calendar management using tools like Outlook Calendar.
– Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign for document processing.
– Ability to handle project coordination tasks efficiently.
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
– Front desk experience is a plus for managing office reception duties.
