This position is full-time, Monday-Friday only. We are hiring for schedules within the range of 8 AM-5 PM Central/9 AM-6 PM Eastern.


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; some outbound calls/emails required
  • Provide information about products and processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
  • Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information

Requirements Include:

  • Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
  • Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Enjoys working on a team


  • Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, applications, adverse effects, etc.)
  • Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
  • On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)
  • One week of online training

Home Environment and Workspace:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
  • Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into your router
  • Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition
  • Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise.
  • You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
