We are looking for an Associate Customer Support Rep for our DaySmart Recreation software. Our solutions are for recreational facilities that are just getting started or looking to jump start their growth. Our entire team strives to ensure that every facility has a great experience. Everyone on our team knows that without your business, we don’t have a business.

Schedule:

  • Our Customer Experience team currently provides support to our customers during the hours of 8am EST to 8pm EST. You must be available for a shift during those core business hours.
  • Weekend Support is on the future roadmap. You must be able to provide weekend support on a rotating schedule or we may be able to accommodate a permanent schedule to include weekend hours, based on candidate preference and availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to DaySmart customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Field trouble-shooting questions over the phone, chat, and email regarding networking, hardware, additional software services, reporting discrepancies, etc. for a wide range of customer skill levels.
  • Field general use questions about our software and additional services.
  • Train customers on how to utilize our software, features, and additional services such as email marketing, text reminders, phone applications, and online booking websites.
  • Assist in exporting existing customer data for our database conversion team and assist in importing the converted data into the customer’s software.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings communicating recent customer’s issues and concerns.
  • Communicate possible software bugs and customer-specific database issues to senior teammates and management.
  • Special projects assigned as needed (For example: mobile app testing, beta version testing, customer follow-up in response to reviews, database conversion, etc.)
  • Ability to be on call on holidays and weekends.

Required:

  • Prior experience in software support via phone, chat, and/or email support.
  • Personal or professional experience in the recreation space.
  • Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work until 8pm or later on weekdays.
  • Must be available to support a rotating “emergency on call” schedule for weekend support.

Salary

  • The pay rate for this role is $20.19 per hour, payable bi-weekly. This position is non-exempt.
