Cool Logos for Your Mom Blog • It’s Easier Than You Think!
Cool Logos for That Cool New Mom Blog
Marketing yourself is everything these days and in doing so you absolutely must have a well fleshed-out logo. Are you starting a “mom blog” or simply managing a social media brand? Either way, creating the perfect logo will get you a step ahead of the rest. There are many ways to create a logo, from hiring an artist to doing it yourself. Today, we’ll go over some of your options and how you too can create the perfect mom-logo.
Making Your Own Cool Logo
Making a logo is simple but it’s not always good-looking, many sites may lay it out for you and make the logos themselves for you to use. Using these sites means putting very little thought into what you want and quite possibly creating a logo that others may already have. It may not be exactly the same but it will be similar.
Some of these sites are:
Personally, getting Canva Pro and using Canva to make your logo seems like the easiest, most user-friendly most customizable way to create a logo yourself for very little money and without having to rely on a designer who may not create something you love. Canva, however, is an open-source website which means that anybody may love a logo design on Canva and, in turn, use it for themselves.
Of course, you can change the base design of the ready-made logos, however, it may not be as original as you may want your logo to be. After all, this is marketing yourself and you do want to do a great job in doing so.
Hiring an Affordable Freelancing Pro
Another way to make a logo on your own is not quite on your own. You can hire a designer via websites like Upwork and Fiverr who will design you your perfect, individual logo for a fraction of the price of hiring a full-time graphic designer. The benefit of hiring a designer on Upwork or Fiverr is that in your price point revisions are included. Thus, if your designer creates something you absolutely hate you can ask them to revise it and there you have the logo of your dreams.
Often, on freelance websites, designers offer revision packages, which means that you can not only revise once or twice, but you can add on revisions until you are satisfied with the product.
Having a designer do your logo is one step above the rest because logos are customizable and they are, in fact, the face of your website and brand. So, choose wisely when deciding what kind of logo, you would like to create – there is always somebody, somewhere wanting to do something similar and you want your logo to stand out from the crowd.
In this author’s personal opinion, hiring a designer on Upwork or Fiverr (or any other freelancing website) is the way to go. This way you can know what you want, describe it to your designer, and have the pick of the litter when it comes to choosing your design and your revisions. Remember, a logo is a personal choice, so make it your own and make one that makes you and your brand look incredible.
