This role will be remote, needing candidates in the State of Oregon or Washington Only! Must have your own computer plus a 2nd monitor!
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls (30-50 daily)Answer incoming calls from customers regarding the tracking and order status of their workout equipment
- Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped, when it should arrive, and if anything is on back order
- Answer calls from customers who want to cancel their orders
- Documenting call information via data entry into their database
- Providing outstanding customer services to current and prospective clients
- Communicate with internal customers via phone and Microsoft Outlook
- Possess computer, phone and have high speed internet - double monitor is required
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience a plus
- High volume of calls experience
- Computer savvy, and able to handle multiple screens
- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
