We are a global transcription provider based in Phoenix, AZ looking for a remote employee to work-from-home. You can be based in AZ, FL, ID, IL, MA, MO, RI, UT, VA, or WA
We are looking for an Administrative Professional to assist with handling workflow management for our customers and independent contractors.
This is a full-time position M-F. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The qualified candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks at one time, professionally communicate with customers and contractors, be technically inclined and be able to learn new systems quickly. You should also be reliable, disciplined and self-motivated. Previous work-from-home experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Answer emails and phone calls from independent contractors
- Answer emails and phone calls from customer
- Maintain positive relationships with Customers and Contractors
- Convert audio and video files for upload into the Company’s proprietary system
- Assist with workflow management
