Who are we hiring?
We are now hiring one or more part-time Remote Part Time Call Center Agent. Our Call Center Agents work from home in quiet and professional environment. You will assist customers with order placement and navigating our website.
We are specifically looking to hire Remote Call Center Agents for the following time frame:
Monday-Friday 10AM to 6PM Central - but each day will have a slightly different shift within those times.
The work week will average 20-25 hours
What does a Remote Call Center Agent do?
Using telephone, e-mail, live chat you will use your training and good judgment to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. The typical inquiry is verifying if a part is carried and what vehicle it fits, also brand selection, quantity check and order inquiry.
Other tasks include order management, issue and conflict resolution and making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Training and coaching on how to be successful and use our system is 100% provided.

Pass a background check
Experience in the telesales/call center field is a plus. Spanish is a plus.
Minimum Processor Type: Intel, AMD Athlon, AMD Duron, Celeron or Pentium III or better with a minimum processor speed of 2.4 GHZ and a minimum RAM of 4.0 GB for both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Chrome internet browser, current anti-virus software with updated definitions, firewall installed and operating, or Windows firewall turned on.
High speed internet with download speed of at least 5 Mbps or more, and upload speed of 2 Mbps or more, preferably wired to the internet connection.
The availability and ability to use multiple computer screens is strongly recommended.
