We have a patented, proven medical device and we are looking for an experienced customer service member who is a natural people person, energized and enjoys solving customer issues. About You- The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following criteria:
- Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized and with a high level of accuracy
- Accountable, self-starter with a high level of ownership
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department needs (20 hours/week)
- A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service
- The ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership
- An interest in medicine / sexual health & wellness
- A positive 'can do' attitude with initiative to match
- Providing an awesome customer experience through email and over the phone.
- Handling all aspects of a customer's interaction including sales & order updates, complaints and refunds
- Ensuring customer experience expectations are exceeded by surprising customers
- Assists customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrates expertise in all technologies used by the company to resolve customer issues
- Inspires trust, teamwork and positive team relationships
- Defuses customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Ensures the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
