Are you looking for a position that allows you to work from home? Do you like talking with people on the phone and working in a fast paced environment? If so, we may have the position for you! In this role you would be fielding calls from participants who are applying, have applied, have been approved or denied funds, or who are awaiting fund disbursements. The selected candidates must have a strong technical aptitude and their own reliable computer to use. The position is long term, working through September 2021.
Requirements:
1+ year of office experience
6+ months of customer service
Comfortable navigating through various computer systems
Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the role
