The ideal Global Management Consultant will combine strong leadership experience, passion, and innovation with his or her entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for someone to join our team of Global Management Consultants responsible for the continuous improvement coaching program.
Work with managers of technical and non-technical teams to define, implement and improve team metrics and processes
Perform weekly analyses of the teams and make recommendations
Ensure company objectives and standards of performance are transferred to teams
Report regularly on team metric performance and productivity
Required experience and education
3-5 years of management experience
Experience with teams working in a global (remote) environment
Ability to coach diverse teams, doing a variety of technical and non-technical activities
General technical know-how (you don’t need to know how to code, but you should be familiar with the structure and activities of a technical team)
Strong undergraduate and/or graduate academic credentials preferred
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must
Project management experience is a nice to have

Compensation: $80,000 annual; $40 USD/hr
