Growers House is hiring people with hydroponic, indoor, and/or greenhouse experience to join our retail &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; ecommerce business. Growers House focuses on the sale of indoor gardening, hydroponics, greenhouse, and outdoor gardening equipment. Being a quickly growing company, we are a team of hard working individuals who are looking for people to grow with us.
Candidates must have a great work ethic and possess the ability to work with and communicate effectively with a team.
-- Working closely with customers via phone and email to help build hydroponic and gardening grow systems
-- By dynamic to customer needs when getting them their desired products
-- Answer incoming emails and customer requests for information, order status, and assistance
-- Build rapport with customers to ensure continued business
-- Work seamlessly with our CRM, Google Apps for Business, and other software
-- Must be able to type 30 WPM or faster
-- Must have experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Drive Spreadsheets
-- Must have high emotional intelligence for interacting with customers and our team
-- Must have at least one year of experience in phone/email customer service, growing, or extraction
-- Must have hydroponics knowledge and experience
The job is Monday through Friday, full-time, 40 hours per week.
We offer full health insurance through United Healthcare (you don't pay anything out of pocket--we cover 100%), dental/vision is an optional add-on (approximately $20/mo if you desire it). We pay competitively, dependent on experience. We're looking to hire people for career positions. Pay rate goes up with time spent at the company and increased responsibility.
