JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls associated with our business and provide a professional level of internal and external customer help desk support.
Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails, properly documenting all issues needing technical support in company's internal ticketing system and assist callers with resolving problems.
Provide information about our courses and events to existing customers and interested parties.
Direct customers to the proper online resources or employees which can assist them further with their requests.
Manage our live chat channels for our website.
Work through email submitted customer support tickets and help to support customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Previous experience in phone customer support, technical support or product support
Basic technical skills and excellent computer skills
Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Terrific phone etiquette and customer relations ability
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and organization skills
Ability to handle high volume calls autonomously
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibility
Strong work ethic!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 to $17.00 /hour
Paid Time Off
We are currently working 100% remotely!
