Candidate MUST live in California in the Inland Empire.
Candidate MUST have space for a quiet home office- This is a work from home position
Candidate MUST have Internet access and a laptop
Our company is seeking a candidate who is a self-motivated person that enjoys being challenged every day. The candidate will have an already established professional skill set that he or she can put to work for the benefit of this company.
The candidate will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, because he or she will be working from home. Therefore, the candidate will have an established full home office. This includes a laptop computer that is no more than 3 years old, a high speed internet connection with a reliable internet provider and a space in the home that is committed to a quiet, professional, home office area complete with a desk or work table.
This job will ask the candidate to bring his or her best to work every day. The candidate will be taking and making phone calls, creating or responding to emails/text messages and maintaining approximately 170-200 orders per month. Multi-tasking skills, good communication skills and attention to detail are a must in this line of work.
The candidate should have Order Processing experience. This includes but is not limited to:
Ensure compliance to all company and business policies on all orders scheduled under your care
Schedule and Administer all open orders and ensure appropriate order flow
Manage all communication with all parties and process all orders and administer optimal practices for all processes
Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries for all statuses on orders under your care
Monitor all orders in your care and provide evaluations on all required approvals
Resolve all customer issues and prepare efficient schedule for order completion with management's assistance
Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate billing of all orders in your care
Perform troubleshooting on all orders and assist to identify solutions
Along with the skills and requirements already mentioned, the candidate MUST have the following qualifications:

Experience in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
Take direction from management team
Impromptu problem solving on a case by case basis
Good people skills- able to handle all types of personalities
Exceptional communication skills- Verbal/Written and observe the rules of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
A good phone presence- able to handle all phone calls gracefully and professionally.
Able to learn proprietary computer software system
Proficient in GMail and Google Drive/Google Docs
Reliable- an orderly life that allows you to focus on the job at hand every day.
Compensation for this Full-Time position is an hourly rate of $16.16/hour There are voluntary Medical Benefits for the employee after the 90 day probationary period. Eligible for 401K benefits after one year of employment. Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued starting day one of employment. First 2 years the employee will accrue 80 hours, after the 2 year mark the PTO accrual increases to 120 hours.
This position is full time Monday through Friday. After training and a probationary period there may be a required shift change to a Tuesday through Saturday shift.
