What are the calls about?
In this department you will receive a variety of calls from businesses that are contracted with us for answering service needs. You will triage messages for the businesses. This is a fast paced call! You must be 100% engaged and focused on delivering excellent customer service
What are the hours?
This department requires that you train for 1 week Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm. After training we have 8 hour shifts available Sunday thru Saturday anytime between the hours of 8am-7pm

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IS VERY SIMPLE!
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous call center experience or 1 year of face to face customer service experience- this can come from the food industry, hospitality, or retail
- 6 months of previous work at home experience
- Highly self-confident
