We’re currently hiring both entry level and experienced professionals for this critical role. You must have flexibility to either work remotely or work from our home office in Hopewell Junction or a combination of both the ability to work from home and work in the office part of the time.

- Manage all calls and chats with the highest level of professionalism
- Oversee phones and chats – managing both features with speed and efficiency
- Process customer orders via email or phone
- Check data to ensure accuracy in orders and invoices
- Assist with corrections, updates, and changes to orders & invoices as directed
- Troubleshoot inquiries regarding orders
- Follow up with other departments to obtain information requested by customers
- Make note of important feedback from customers translating that information internally
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management skills

- Basic emailing and computer skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication

Benefits and Compensation:
- $14.00 – $17.00 per hour depending on relevant experience and skill level
