– Triage and resolve technical support issues for Locus robots, connections, and customer sites
– Provide support through chat, email, and phone consultations
– Escalate difficult technical issues to Tier 2
– Update documentation and shared ticket system
– Support multiple time zones and variety of environments


– Experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support role
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing
– Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues
– Strong written and verbal customer service skills
– Experience managing Windows environments and other systems

Additional Information:

– Remote support with full training and set schedule
– Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively
– AS or BS in Robotics, IT, CS, EE a plus, early career welcomed
