The Specialist, Payments role will be responsible for managing the boarding of new customers to the AP Payments product at R365.  Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting any corrections needed from the customers regarding the paperwork.
*Please note, this position can be based in Irvine, CA, Austin, TX, or remote

How you'll add value:

  • Manage the customer implementation queue in Salesforce
  • Handle incoming questions related to new customer boarding process and paperwork
  • Manage implementation flows on the Monday.com tool
  • Review new contracts to verify accuracy
  • Create supporting materials needed for system setups
  • Collect supporting documents/files as needed from customers
  • Manage email communications with customers regarding status
  • Submit new implementation packages to our partners
  • Monitor partner SLA timing for turnarounds
  • Create new department procedures as needed
  • Maintain existing department procedures
  • Provide and review implementation reporting with management
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

    • At least 2 years of experience in implementation/onboarding or support
    • Payments related experience preferred
    • Must be a learner, always looking to improve themselves and the people around them
    • Strong understanding of basic technical programs (Windows Office Suite, file formats…etc)
    • Committed to excellent customer service
    • Highly detail-oriented, organized, driven
    • Curious and demonstrates thought-leadership
    • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, executive
    • Intuitive, self-directed and takes action
    • Easily adapts to changing environments and processes
