We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our call center team as a Reservation Support Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and homeowners who use our vacation rental services. Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from guests and homeowners who require support with their vacation rental bookings.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our vacation rental properties, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with vacation rental industry preferred.
