We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our call center team as a Reservation Support Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and homeowners who use our vacation rental services. - Handle inbound calls from guests and homeowners who require support with their vacation rental bookings.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our vacation rental properties, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with vacation rental industry preferred.
