A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you provide essential administrative support that helps keep our company functioning smoothly. You are an asset to both our team and our customers as you effectively coordinate our schedules and communication while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude, you answer questions from customers and resolve any issues they have. To keep customer information and interactions organized, you create and regularly update spreadsheets for every client.
Attentive to detail, you assist management by coordinating meeting times, presentations, travel schedules, and accommodations as well as organizing calendars and client correspondence via emails and phone calls. Additionally, you conduct market research to gain an insight into what consumers are interested in and report your findings back to management. You take pride in helping keep our company on track and our customers happy!
- 2+ years of experience working as a virtual assistant or other relevant position
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role would be a bonus. Can you clearly communicate over the phone and through email? Do you have excellent time management skills? Can you offer knowledgeable and thorough customer service? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Would you like to work from home? This full-time administrative position typically works Monday – Friday and can work from home!
