Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Remote Support Technician, you will report directly to the Associate Operations Manager for CIED monitoring with supervision from the Field Operations Supervisor-CIED Remote Support. During your employment, you will devote your best efforts to the business of Cardiac RMS, and DocGo. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:
- Acts as a role model for team, including professionalism, productivity and inclusion
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of website functionality for a specific device vendor (Medtronic, Abbott, Boston. Scientific or Biotronik).
- Reconciles active transmissions on the website with the 3rd party software vendor
- Manually exports transmission from vendor site to 3rd party software vendor as necessary
- Notifies PCS of outside facility remote transmission (Carelink Express, etc)
- Monitors/maintains vendor websites as assigned
- Actively participates in the collection of monthly connectivity and compliance data
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous cardiac vendor website experience preferred
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stress
