We have an opening on our expanding team and are seeking a problem-solver with strong organizational abilities. Managing the growing volume of service calls from our rapidly expanding clientele and staff has become increasingly complex, and we need the help of an experienced dispatcher to keep things running smoothly. You will be in charge of making schedules, responding to customer inquiries, project estimating and verifying appointment times and places. You'll also use cell phones and various messaging apps to connect with customers and field units. You've got great people skills, can easily communicate with others, and possess basic computer skills. If you think you might be a good fit for this position, apply right away.


$15 – $20 hourly


  • Allocate the field team members to scheduled appointments while monitoring the route, the situation, and the weather to prioritize jobs
  • Provide assistance to management in the development and improvement of various systems and procedures
  • Call customers in order to promote periodic preventative maintenance, remind them of its importance, and book maintenance appointments
  • Organize and respond to a large volume of calls, emails, and instant messages to quickly respond to our clients and staff
  • Set sales and service appointments, including time for technicians to install new equipment


  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred
  • Having experience working with individuals in high-pressure and fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Customer service skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and colleagues alike is needed
  • Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments, data entry, and record keeping
  • Experience with both Google Suite and Microsoft Office at a competent level is required
