We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the hotel and apartment construction supply industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, requesting vendor quotes, and supporting our estimating team. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, a strong work ethic, and a quick learner.


– Input data into computerized databases and systems
– Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors
– Organise and maintain files and records
– Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
– Utilise Pivot tables to analyse data effectively


– Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently
– Typing speed and accuracy
– Familiarity with databases for data retrieval and entry
