ModSquad has partnered with a great client who has reimagined loan services in a unique way. We have an immediate need for experienced Customer Support agents to assist our client's customers via inbound/outbound phone calls, live chats and tickets.
Responsibilities: 
As a member of this team, you will help answer general questions regarding customers' accounts such as account creation, password resets, and how to log in. Additionally, you will help them with details regarding their loans as well as help them make payments towards their loans.
Schedule: 
Hours (all times Pacific): Monday – Sunday 6 am – 6 pm (30 hours weekly), especially cool if you are able to work Monday – Friday!
We are looking for a phenomenal multitasking, electric-fingered, kind-hearted, knowledgeable customer-centric and marvellous MOD to join our team. (wow, that was a lot of adjectives, we know)! You’ve GOT THIS!
Experience and Education:
Phones, Chats, & Tickets capable
Mortgage industry or billing experience a plus but not required
Zendesk CRM experience a plus
Able to run 3 chats live chat sessions consecutively
Ability to handle high volume level on back to back calls like a pro
Able to run our Cubeless VPN –  need 50 downloads at minimum, we hate lag
Technically able to troubleshoot tools as-needed
Self-sufficient and able to follow workflow procedures
Goal-oriented and driven to provide an excellent customer experience
Great if you have a high school or higher education level
If you know you have great phone and chat skills and are capable of many of the skills above, we want to hear from you!

Workspace Requirements:

    • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note:  A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)
    • Quality headset

    • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phon
