JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
As a REMOTE Customer Service Representative, You will be providing customer service for well known Fortune 500 Companies while enjoying the freedom, flexibility and control it provides. You will Handle inbound calls, chats and/or emails learn about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on first contact document issues, resolution and follow-up actions.
Virtual Call Center agents must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA. We do NOT hire call-center agents who live in NY, MD, CA, WI, OR, MA, and CT.
