JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
Agile software company in the Tamiami area is looking for a customer relationship assistant to handle the day to day tasks of the office related to supporting ongoing operations.
Person must be a great writer/communicator and super detail oriented.
Some of the tasks that you will be performing at any given day:
Answering sales/support calls and emails
Summarizing issues and following up with customers
Helping new customer with training and onboarding of current and new customers
Some Quality Assurance testing
Positive attitude and able to handle stressful situations.
Update marketing website with copy
Write support documents or training material as needed
Remote at the moment, might be an onsite position (maybe)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
We use Slack and remote collaboration tools.
Previous customer experience a must.
Spanish a plus (with an emphasis on perfect/native English)
Able to pass a background check and criminal record check
Be proactive and focus on a given task
Ability to learn fast with a positive attitude
You'll be working closely with the development team and you will learn about marketing, sales and other tasks related to a small startup.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 to $22.00 /hour
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Required)
