Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Associate / Specialist
PaperStreet Web Design, a web design company, is seeking a Pay-per-Click (PPC) Associate. We need someone who is in love with analytics, writing ads, setting up campaigns, and monitoring results. Most importantly, we need someone who brings creative ideas on how to improve landing pages, bids, and ads to net a positive return on investment from our client's ad budgets.
In this role, you will assist with any and all content tasks related to our Google Adwords, Facebook, Adroll, and other online marketing campaigns. You will take on an existing portfolio of accounts and improve them, while also setting up new clients who sign with our team to improve their internet marketing results.
Full Time, Part-Time and/or Consulting PPC Associate
Overall, we are looking for someone who is fun to work with, passionate about content and the web, wants to learn, and will follow directions. The job would be for a full-time position on our internet marketing team starting in late January.

We are also considering a contract gig, part-time and/or consulting, with the ability to move into a full-time role too. So if you have limited hours and great PPC skills to give to our team, then just let us know.
Guidelines & Time Commitment
For Full-Time work we would be at 35 to 40 hours per week (flexible hours). Yes, that is right, less hours per week, but still salaried for full-time. We typically work less ours for the same pay.
Ability to work within standard business hours (9am to 5pm or thereabouts). Again we are flexible on hours, so if you need to work earlier or later, just let us know.
Work would be remote. We are a team based largely in Florida, but with remote employees in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and other locations.
Management of existing PPC Campaigns
Setup of New Campaigns
Daily and weekly monitoring of PPC performance
Monthly review, analysis and recommendations for each account.
Client Consultations as needed, along with our Internet Marketing Director
Optimize Ads, Keyword Phrases, AdGroups, Budgets, Bidding, Times, Locations to produce the best results for set budgets.
Optimize landing pages for performance with AdGroups
Full knowledge of AdWords, AdRoll, Facebook and other pay-per-click systems.
3+ years of PPC experience
4-Year Bachelors degree from a University
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bonus points if you are comfortable working in text-based CMS/HTML editors.
Candidates should enjoy working in a team environment and must work collaboratively with others
Ability to handle large volumes of projects quickly (currently about 40 accounts)
Expert level attention to detail is essential
