Job Summary

Our mastery of mobile expertise is ALWAYS AVAILABLE with our award-winning Customer Care Team.  Our Tier 1 support structure provides our customers access to a team with over 50 years of mobile marketing technology expertise 24/7/365 however you prefer to connect.

We are looking for a first in class customer service individual with a passion for technology and solving problems to join our award-winning Customer Care team.  The top candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, be detailed driven and a high performing multitasker.

This is a part-time opportunity, working evenings and weekends 100% remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 fast, friendly and accurate Tier 1 support for all internal and external stakeholders with program, product and system tasks, questions and incidents.
  • Maintain primary ownership of customer care needs for unexpected and time sensitive incident management, tracking and resolution.
  • Monitor key connectivity, platform tools and systems to ensure they are functioning at optimal performance levels and escalating when they are not.
  • Operate leveraging multiple tools including Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ideal for college student studying in technology or marketing or recent graduates looking for hands on experience to build mobile marketing technical expertise or entry into technology engineering.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Must be organized, motivated and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
  • Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and communicating findings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
  • Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented

Hourly Rate and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $20-21. Vibes offers Part-time employees paid sick time off and a 401(k) plan and match.
