Job Description Writer and Recruiter

We are on the search for a unique and highly specialized role. This team is looking for a skilled Job Description Writer and Recruiter with experience with engineers in the manufacturing industry. As a Job Description Writer and Recruiter, you will be responsible for crafting detailed and engaging job descriptions tailoring ATS questions to attract and screen for top talent within the client's organization. Your role will involve creating comprehensive job postings that effectively communicate the responsibilities, requirements, and benefits of each role while coordinating internally with team members on general needs for the role.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions for a variety of roles
  • Incorporate industry-specific keywords and best practices to optimize job postings for online platforms
  • Ensure job descriptions adhere to legal and diversity hiring standards
  • Research and stay updated on trends in recruitment and job market
  • Assist in reviewing and revising existing job descriptions for accuracy and relevance


  • Proven experience in writing job descriptions or content creation
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
