105 Media is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, proactive and well-rounded individual to grow our Media Sales funnel. Working on a freelance/independent contractor basis, our Sales Representative initiates the sales process from start to finish. The job includes conducting effective solicitation calls, identifying appropriate decision makers, qualifying potential customers on needs and level of interest, closing and maintaining customer loyalty. We're HIRING 1099 B2B Media Sales Agents Nationwide.
What You’ll Do
• Develop sales lead list by industry
• Develop new client prospects and search for new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relations
• Contribute to daily and long term company business strategies
• Maintain the minimum sales goals
• Work from home with a stable Internet connection and personally-owned computer
What We’re Looking For
• Previous business-to-business media sales experience preferred
• The ability to thrive in a virtual, telecommuting environment
• Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal, particularly effective communicating by phone
• Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, goals and objectives
• Ability to work independently and set priorities appropriately to achieve goals
• Think outside of the box to creatively and effectively get the job done
• Willingness to jump in and grow with an energetic start-up
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 100% commission with no cap on earnings!
