Call Center Customer Sales position taking inbound calls from individuals who are looking to order various products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

– Maintain or exceed call production goals such as Conversion rates, Upsell conversions, Leads/sales per hour, Calls per hour, Talk time or After-call work.

– Consistently adhere to Automated Computer Dialing procedures and performance standards. Ie. Log-on time, Hold time, Aux time, Dispositions of calls correctly.

– Adhere to schedules and communicate with supervisor any changes or issues with scheduling to ensure proper telephone coverage.

– Follow and provide feedback to established scripts, customers and/or files and provide excellent customer service with one call resolution as a primary concern.

– Utilize good telephone techniques and through vocal qualities, communication and listening skills.

– Demonstrate sound understanding of client product or service applications and accurately enter customer information. This will be measured through call     monitoring, coaching and knowledge assessment tools.

– Inform current and prospective customers of current client information, promotions and/or new or upgraded products or services.

– Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while offering quality on calls that may often be of a negative nature. Use common courtesy at all times

– Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills by displaying an eagerness to help and provide empathy, when necessary. Use proven techniques for     closing and overcoming objections and ask questions and paraphrase the customer’s comments to clarify needs.

– Support Fusion BPO Services ongoing pursuit of quality by making program or procedure suggestions known to management. Exhibit professional demeanor and behavior representative of both our client and Ameridial Inc. and promote an atmosphere where customer satisfaction remains our primary objective.

– Demonstrate commitment to personal and company growth. Always promote and refer to your client in a positive manner when speaking with friends, co-workers, prospects and customers. Remain aware of individual performance activities, communications and updates that are posted daily/weekly on the bulletin board and ask for help and/or support from your supervisor, when needed.

– Be respectful of company equipment & property and be considerate of others.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent. 6 months previous sales and/or call center experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient Internet navigational skills and Basic windows with Excel and Word knowledge.

TYPING SKILLS: Must be able to type 25 WPM.
