Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator at Reliable Sign Supply, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our customer and product databases. Your primary responsibilities will include entering customer information, updating records, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.


  • Input customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.


  • 1-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with databases and customer management software.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles.
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data confidentiality.
