Hiring a Data Entry Operator – $15.57/HR – Part-time (Texas ONLY) Work at Home

Role : Data Entry Operator
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.57, paid weekly
Location: Must be local to El Paso, (FULLY REMOTE)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, standard business hours
Assignment Length: 6 months, opportunities for conversion pending performance attendance and business need
Target Start Date: ASAP, pending completion of new hire onboarding

*Candidates located in Southlake, TX or Omaha, NE can work on-site or hybrid model but there will be some in -office days required days each month.*

Position Overview
The specialist is responsible for performing daily reconciliation/trade/transfer activities for Alternative Investments.

Key Deliverables:

• Processing trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts and identifying/ resolving breaks identified between Client and the fund companies or transfer agents.
• Processing of Corporate Action Events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity.
• Performing research of complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements as well as vendor changes.
• Completing assignments in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account.

Responsibilities:

• Review of subscription agreements or transfer requests
• Client/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory obligations (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Contra Firm Client or Business Partner Service
• Answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing follow up on Alternative Investment transfers to expedite the client request or remediate not in good order issues
• Timely and accurate completion of client trading and dividend requests
