Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
ModSquad has partnered with a great client that aims to bring clarity and understanding of the 340B program. And is redefining how the business of healthcare performs. They deliver unifying technology that solves problems facing the U.S. healthcare system. They work with healthcare providers, manufacturers, payers, and others to increase transparency and restore trust enabling everyone to focus on improving the health of people.
ModSquad mods will provide comprehensive technical and user support to pharmacies and medical clinics requiring assistance with the client's software. This project is tickets, chats, and phones with a friendly and helpful team.
6 am – 6 pm PST, Monday – Friday, excluding most holidays
Currently seeking morning availability
5 hours per week

What We Are Looking For:
- Must be willing and have a quiet place to take phone calls
- Willing to install/work from Cubeless virtual desktop.
- Ability to provide friendly, confident, and professional customer support.
- Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare customer support a plus!
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
