JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
We have an urgent need for Customer Service Representatives that are fluent in French. The job will to assist customer inquiries using, emails, chats. With the changing landscape, we are broadening our scope to support languages other than English. Currently, we are looking for enthusiastic people that can read, write and speak in French.
We offer weekly pay with flexible scheduling. We have 24 hour shifts available. However, because our customers are mostly located in France, most of the calls come in early in the morning. Below are the priority shifts:
12am - 8am EST
3am - 11am EST
5am - 1pm EST
Our compensation plan consists of a solid base wage with additional commissions earned through QA scores.
- Applicants must have a good computer, solid internet connection and quality headset.
- Applicants must have a firm grasp on basic computer skills along with G-Suite.
- Must be able to read and write in French
We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
