He/She has 2+ years of customer service experience, can successfully promote activities, and has a proven track record of reliability in previous positions.


  • Exhibit Xplorie X-factors.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide professional guest support.
  • Respond promptly to guest calls to:
  • Book, reschedule, edit, and cancel activity reservations.
  • Provide program and activity details and information.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on the Destination activity products and their reservation processes.
  • Educate guests on how to use and book through their personal page, including sending guests their booking link.
  • Fulfill email requests to complete or alter activity reservations, including contacting guests for changes.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all Xplorie activity products and their booking processes.
  • Place outbound calls to activity providers and guests to complete activity reservations.
  • To guests, communicate any necessary changes, questions, or updates regarding Xplorie activity providers.
  • Maintain performance metrics according to Xplorie’s Performance and Standards and Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Abide by, and be aware of, all Xplorie company policies and policies specific to the Guest Service Center.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 + years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to suggest products and problem-solve.
  • The ability to efficiently navigate between different applications; 1 year of job-related computer experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Chrome, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • The ability to type 35 WPM.


  • Cable modem, DSL, or plug-inn hardwire to maintain an internet download speed of 35 mbps or greater.
  • Background noise is prohibited.
  • Open availability, including weekends and nights; call schedules based on call volume.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop and headset; Chromebooks, ipads, and MacBooks are not compatible within the Guest Service Center.
  • Ryzen 5 or i5, 8 GB Ram is required.
  • Ability to successfully perform part-time (31 and under) or full-time(32 and over) hours.
