Interested in joining Montgomery properties ? We are seeking a Data entry/ Customer Support Representative to join our team!

Job Duties:
– Multi-Task answer calls, emails from customers, and logging in calls
– Perform Sorting and Filling duties
– Maintain customer files so they remain updated and easily accessible
– Import/Export documentations
– Make outgoing calls and take phone messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues

– Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, voicemail, and computer for word processing, and Excel spreadsheet creation etc
– Perform Data Entry Tasks
– Help organize office duties
– Retrieve/Submit files or documents to other departments
– Perform other office duties as needed

– Proficient in MS; outlook, excel, and word
– Great communication skills
– Fast typist
– Very good Organization and multi-task skills
– Experience in office setting
– Customer service experience- In a customer service department!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour


  • Monday to Friday


  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
