This is a remote position.
As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our company's database. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data, ensuring that our company's operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data from various sources into our company's database with precision and accuracy
- Verify data for discrepancies and correct any errors
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of data by following established data entry procedures and standards
- Work closely with other team members to update and maintain databases accurately
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for data entry purposes
- Communicate with other departments to acquire missing or incomplete data
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance data entry processes
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
