The Curriculum (Your Role): We want every teacher and school to be successful with Seesaw and are looking for thoughtful, compassionate problem-solvers to join our Support Team. At Seesaw we believe that incredible customer support is the best marketing tool we have, and that every customer who interacts with us should feel excited to use Seesaw in their classroom and empowered with the information or tools they need to do just that.
Your Classmates (The Team): You’ll be working with a support team who have complete empathy for their users having been educators themselves. The support team cares as much for their customers as they do one another and ensure all customers needs are met while proudly embodying Seesaw’s culture. Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):
Solve customer issues through email
Address challenges or issues using Seesaw
Handle support ticket escalation
Keep relevant teams informed of support issues
Collect product feedback and share findings (this and bullet point above could be merged)
Prerequisites (The Requirements):
2+ yrs experience in a support role or relevant experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues quickly
Highly organized and detail oriented
A strong desire to help our customers
