You will get to process orders, work with our wonderful customers, and come up with the best resolution for any issues that may arise. To do well in this role, you need to be computer-savvy and always be friendly and helpful while balancing multiple channels of communication.
- Help customers through email, phone, and online chat
- Review and process orders that need special attention
- Reach out to customers when there are questions about their order
