What will you be doing:
The CSR answers telephone calls from employees and their dependents, hospital and physician providers and employer representatives. They explain in detail all assigned client’s group health plan benefits including but not limited to specific plan benefits administered by HDP, eligibility and network related questions.

Skills & Experience:
Call Center, Customer Service, Health Benefits
High School Diploma or GED
Relevant Experience to include:
- Customer Service call center experience with health insurance benefits and billing, including CPT & ICD coding.
Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $27,000 – $51,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
