The remote Outbound Call Center Representative (CCR) initiates calls to our health plan members to engage and enroll patients into this amazing service offered by their plans at no additional cost. Many plan members are unaware of this offering, and it is a great opportunity to take a preventative approach to their health to keep them in the home and out of the hospital.

On top of being fully remote, we offer an hourly base of $16 ($18 for bilingual speakers – Spanish, Russian & Mandarin) plus performance incentives paid monthly. Our top talent is making up to $25 per hour. Shift differentials are also offered for evening hours at an additional 3$ per hour on top of your standard base rate. Plus, unlimited overtime!


  • This is a high-volume remote outbound call center environment contacting health plan members to encourage them to take advantage of free preventive health services offered by their insurance plans
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines
  • Handle every health plan member and co-worker with professionalism
  • Enter data into the system accurately
