Employment Type: Contract

Pay rate: $16 to $17/hr.

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Training + Production)

Location: Remote /Local in Mason, OH

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality multi-channel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers.

· Resolve customer issues using department tools, resources, and expertise, while collaborating with field/stores to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

· Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement and supporting department and company objectives.

· Communicate courteously and professionally, ensuring effective team collaboration and problem resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.

· Ability to produce quality written correspondence.

· Basic math skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Intermediate PC knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet browsers.

· Commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact.

· Excellent English comprehension and grammar skills.
