RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listen to Customers to Understand Their Needs
- Provide Information About Their Insurance Coverage & Benefit Plans
- Resolve Concerns to Simplify their Healthcare Experience
- Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- High Speed Internet With At Least 10 MBps Download Speed (No Satellite)
- Access to Your Router to Create a Wired, Ethernet Connection Router
- Must Live in One of These States: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY MS, MT, NC, OK,NE, SC, TX, UT, VA, & WY
- Quiet, Secured Workspace
- A USB Wired Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone
- Personal Desktop or Laptop Computer (Preferred, But Not Required)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 18+ Years & High School Diploma/GED
- At Least 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
- Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
- Full-Time Schedule Availability (Evenings/Weekends Required)
